This is a lean jerky very tasty I received a sample prior to signing up for BULU Box I am so excited to see that BULU offers good quality products such as these. I have never has ostrich meat until I tried this jerky and I was pleasantly surprised! The taste was great, but it was a little too dry for what I like. However, I would definitely try it again because its so low in fat! (Posted on 1/9/13)

I was really intrigued by the thought of an "ostrich jerky" since I've never had it and I love beef jerky. I thought it would be a little greasy or gamey but that wasn't the case. It was very lean and the taste was amazing. I also seemed fuller than I normally do when I eat jerky for a snack or after a workout. Get this stuff! (Posted on 1/9/13)
