Do you know where your salt comes from?  Sea Salt is produced through evaporation of ocean water or saltwater lakes with very little processing where normal table salt is typically mined from underground salt deposits. So what’s the difference?
Table Salt
Normal table salt comes from underground salt deposits and must be refined and processed to give it that fine texture normal salt has. Sea Salt
Sea Salt takes much less processing because it’s produced through the evaporation of saltwater lakes and ocean water. Sea Salts natural rocky form is kept rather than being processed into a fine texture. It also contains the natural minerals it started with.
