So how do you spend the first 15 minutes of your morning? Are you convincing yourself not to go back to sleep? Are you scrambling frantically to make it out the door? Do you go straight to your inbox to see what you missed while sleeping?
Challenge yourself to spend the first 15 minutes of your day visualizing success. Remind yourself of your goals for the day and envision yourself accomplishing all of them! Spend a few minutes meditating. Make a rough plan for your meals. And always pause and be thankful for the day. If you don’t start the day in the right mindset, you’re setting yourself up to failure.
