I must say that I was lucky enough to get introduced to the idea of breathing very early. I have been practicing Yoga for the last 7-8 years and have learned a lot about its multitude of benefits s. When I joined the 200 hour Yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, I was amazed to see the importance of breathing in the yogic embrace. Early in the morning when the atmosphere is serene, enjoying yoga is extremely delightful. I give not more than 10 minutes to yoga and meditation each day and it seems so beneficial to me. Along with improving blood circulation, Yoga feels quite refreshing in the morning. When you begin practicing yoga, it’s like starting a new life.

What gives yoga poses upper hand is the fact that yoga is a balancing exercise. Every asana takes proper care of the body’s proper health in a great manner. After long hours of sitting in the office, our body parts get unresponsive and the muscles contract. This hinders the flow of blood in the body. Asanas play a vital role in promoting the blood flow by stretching the muscles. You can practice yoga at any point of time and anywhere. Though morning is considered the best time for the practice, one can experience the delight of yoga whenever he or she wants. If you don’t get much extra time, give Yoga just 10-15 minutes. It helps you enjoy better blood circulation so that you feel rejuvenated all the time.
