Make this tasty treat for a quick pick-me-up after the gym or for extra energy fuel!


  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut butter, cashew butter, almond butter or sunflower butter)
  • 1/3 cup of honey
  • 3 scoops chia seed
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
Mix nut butter and honey. Add chia seed. Add oatmeal. Form into 24 balls and roll in powdered sugar. Refrigerate. 
*You could even add protein powder!
