Birthday Cake Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 Scoop About Time VE Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 3-5 Drops butter or almond extract
  • 1 tbs Vanilla sugar free instant pudding mix OR 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 – 2 packets of stevia
  • 1/2 cup-1cup Water (Alter this according to desired consistency)
  • 5-10 Ice Cubes

Blend ingredients together, add more ice for a thicker texture. Be careful, once you get a taste your world of protein will never be the same.

Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie

Ingredients – makes one huge smoothie:

  • 1 scoop About Time VE Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1.5 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 container pumpkin flavored (we use unflavored) greek yogurt.
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 ice cubes

Calories: 315
Fat: 5.5 g
Carbs: 40 g
Protein: 29 g

Blend all together, sprinkle a little cinnamon or pumpkin spice on top for presentation (if you’re into that sort of thing).

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 scoop About Time VE Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Handful Ice
  • 1 tbsp Artisana Superfood Nut Butter
  • ½ Cup greek yogurt
  • agave nectar to taste

Calories: 387
Fat: 12 g
Carbs: 34 g
Protein: 37 g

Blend ingredients together. For a thinner texture try adding low fat milk. Shake will be thick enough to eat with a spoon. Break out the good silver wear, this shake deserves some class.
