Make working towards your goal FUN!
Why not make life a little more fun and enjoy working towards your resolution? Be more specific
Maybe you made your goal a little too broad or got carried away about a whole new beginning. If your goal is to lose weight, you have to remind yourself that you won’t miraculously lose all the weight over night, it takes time and a lot of work.
