Portabella Mushroom Pizza
(Substitute for regular pizza)
Craving pizza, but don’t want to undo that hard core workout you just did? Consider trying this delish pizza substitute with whatever toppings you are in the mood for.
- 1 large Portabella mushroom
- 1 tsp pasta sauce
- 1/3 cup shredded cheese
- ¼ cup shopped up spinach leaves
- ¼ cup drained olives
- 1/3 cup chopped turkey breast
- 1 packet of Vplenish
Preheat oven to 375’F degrees. Instead of a pizza crust, usethe large Portabella mushroom without the stem. Place the mushroom on a bakingsheet and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and add the pasta sauce,cheese, spinach leaves, and turkey on top. Bake for an additional 20 minutesand then when you take it out of the oven; sprinkle a packet of Vplenish on topto add an additional vitamin boost.
