Halloween may be over, but pumpkin season is not! Enjoy this refreshing pumpkin smoothie for a snack or mix some protein in for a yummy drink after working out!


  • 1 cup Vanilla, Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup vanilla, non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • Optional: Add your favorite protein powder
Puree all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. *Creates 2 servings*


PER SERVING: 125 calories; 2g fat; 22g carbohydrates; 7.5g protein; 4g fiber
