Training for Kettlebell sport Biathlon – Which is 2 ten minute events, Snatch and Jerk. Two days a week I do timed Snatch sets, two days per week I do Jerk sets. Training with variety of Kettlebells and Yoga and Pilates Equipment.

Technique. I learned proper technique with Kettlebells from top lifters in the world which means greater results.
What advice would you give someone who is just beginning to exercise?
Keep a journal. Write down everything that you do from diet and training so you stay focused and accountable.

Set goals. This keeps you from quitting. Winners never quit and quitters never win.
