Describe your weekly fitness routine.

I work out 6 days a weekwith one day off. My routines vary with weight training, cardio and interval work for about an hour.

What’s in your gym bag? 

Zebra weight training gloves, journal and ipod!

What’s in your medicine cabinet?

Multi-vitamin, CLA’s, glutamine, protein powder, creatine, pre-workout drink, NO2 product

In your opinion, what’s the ONE healthy habit that makes the biggest difference? 

Clean eating. You can workout for hours, however if you fuel your body with junk food you are not improving your overall health or fitness level. 80% of change comes from a clean healthy diet.

What’s your go-to healthy snack? 

Greek yogurt with fresh berries on top or when I am on the run a handful of pistachios.

A pre-workout drink I am now using is Buzzerk. I like the energy and endurance I feel for my entire workout……keeps my level of intensity high!

Name two of your favorite songs on your iPod’s workout mix. 

I love a variety of songs; old – new hits, country – hip hop. Two that have been played more often are “On the Floor” and “California Love”.

What advice would you give someone who is just beginning to exercise? 

Make it as easy as your ABC’s: Attitude, Believe and Consistent with your exercise plan.

What’s the best fitness advice you ever received? 

Take your fitness journey a day at a time.
