We decided to ask our fellow Bulugans how they discovered all the products they found in their Bulu Box. The Bulugan to give us some insight on our February box was Certified Personal Trainer and NCCP Sprint and Hurdle Coach, Alicia Bell!
Monday: My Mondays are the most stressful day of the week. I have to deal with new clients, regular clients who got sick on the weekend and I also use Mondays to writedown and plan my programs for my clients as well asmyself for the week. This is why Monday’s are great days for the C3. The C3 for Stress is a relaxing drink that is all natural and comes in an easy packet that dissolves into water or juice. I just threw it in my bag and mixed it with my water after I had my breakfast and stayed stress free for the rest of the day.
Tuesday: Tuesdays and Thursdays are my most busy days. I am on the road from 6:30am until 9pm at night. With clients and coaching track and field. So I made sure to take my snacklets Kale chips with me. Kale chips are my favorite snack. Besides tasting great they are a great substitute for my favorite bad snack chips. These guys are crunchy and flavorful just like potato chips. They are made from dehydrated kale and are raw and 100% Vegan.
Wednesday: It was a cold day in Toronto, Canada where I live. I am constantly on the move so I am always inside then having to go outside to switch locations. With this I sometimes get mucous build up. So today I took my Redd Remedies Sinus. The Redd Remedies Sinus was great because it promotes healthy sinuses by clearing and soothing mucous membranes in the lungs. It also helps to restore good bacteria in the digestive tract and modifies the release of histamine. I can’t wait for winter to be over!
Thursday: Thursday is another ridiculously busy day for me. I always am looking for an energy boost. Especially in the evenings for my last push when I am coaching my sprinters at 8:00pm at night and I have been up since 6:00am. This is when I used my Eruption Effervescent Energy. This is an all natural electrolyte and energy supplement. I just took the packet out of my bag and threw it into my water bottle and drank it while I was coaching. It is lightly caffeinated and also has more electrolytes than most sports drinks. It even has a special blend of amino acids and CoQ10 which is good for heart health. It kept me going through my last push of the day.
Friday: On Friday I finished up with my last clients of the week and wanted to treat myself because I had a long tiresome week. So I picked up my new favorite ice cream (CREAMCICLE)! and popped two of my Neo-Carb Bloc pills. The Neo Carb Bloc helps regulate the digestion of dietary starches, supports weight management and promotes a low carb lifestyle. So I figure it was the perfect time to take it right before my big ice cream binge. Its okay to treat yourself.
Saturday and Sunday: After my long week of clients, coaching and working out myself as well as ACL rehab I was feeling sore and achy. I tore my ACL and had reconstructive surgery in November. Because I am a coach and trainer I am on my feet all week on top of training and physiotherapy. So Saturdays and Sundays are days that I use for recovery. I took my BioCell Collagen on these days. Collagen is what holds our bodies together and it breaks down over time. This makes the joints achey. So I took the collagen to help restore joint cartilage. It’s especially good for the knee that I had surgery on.
