Monday: I love having my big strength day on Monday to help get my week started off right. Lots of big lifts, but I feel a tickle in my throat. This throws off early signs of a potential infection, so I tested out the Immuno Gum. The gum doesn’t have the most appealing taste, but the intense flavor goes away shortly. I also am under a lot of stress, so I sipped the Dream Water before Bed. It tastes great and I love the ingredients.
Tuesday: Slept great! Started Sinus Supplements because a cold was definitely kicking in. They take a while to dissolve, but I hardly notice them under my tongue. I did a short conditioning workout on my lunch break, and then hit the trails with my dog for a two-mile run after work. Before bed I sipped some more Dream Water to helpget my circadian rhythm back on track.
Wednesday: The cold isn’t getting stronger, so my efforts must be working. I chewed Immuno Gum a few times today and took regimen of sinus supplements. No training today, but I have a long workday ahead.
Thursday: I did a strength training session for 40-minutes after work and chewed the rest of my Immuno Gum throughout the day. I am feeling better and symptoms never came on full force.
Friday: I was short on time and skimped on breakfast, so I mixed Perfect Blocks with some Greek yogurt. It definitely gave me a great energy boost to power through my day and still have fuel for my workout. My strength session was pretty intense, and I finished it off with a mile run at the park.
Saturday: I got in a quick strength training session in the afternoon.
Sunday: Today I did a conditioning session after breakfast outdoors.
