    What is Bulu Box?
    Bulu Box is a monthly subscription sample box containing 4 to 5 premium vitamin and supplement nutrition samples delivered to your door. Our goal is to introduce people to the benefits of vitamins and supplements by giving them the opportunity to discover and try new products before they buy them in full size (or at full price!). 

    How much does a Bulu Box subscription cost?
    Bulu Box memberships are $10 a month. Monthly plans can be canceled any time. If you sign up for a year subscription you get 1 month free!

    When will I receive my first Bulu Box? And when can I expect each box after that?
    We ship all Bulu Box orders around the 15th of the month. If you placed your order before the 5th of the month you'll receive that month's box. Any orders placed after the 5th of the month will receive the following month's box. Your box should arrive 5 to 7 days after the ship date. 

    I put my email address on the waiting list. When will I be accepted?
    We are accepting people in batches to ensure that orders can be fulfilled in a timely manner. Keep an eye on your inbox, we send out invites often and in the order people signed up. 

    Why is my subscription order status "processing"?
    We ship all Bulu Box orders around the 15th of the month. Your subscription status will read "processing" until that time. Once it is shipped your tracking information will be available. 

    Can I switch my subscription from Bulu Box to Bulu Box Weight Loss?
    Yes! You can switch your box type at any time with no additional fee. Just login to your account. Once you've logged into your account just follow these steps:

    1. Click on "My Subscriptions" under Account.
    2. Click on the orange "Details" button next to your active subscription.
    3. You can change your box type under "Bulu Box Type" with the drop down menu.

    What is your cancellation policy?
    We think you'll miss your monthly Bulu Box, but you can still cancel your monthly membership at any time. If you cancel before the recurring billing date on the 5th of the month, you will not receive that months box. If you cancel after the recurring billing date, you will still receive that months box. 

    Am I able to return or exchange a Bulu Box?
    Bulu Boxes cannot be exchanged and are nonrefundable. If you have received a damaged or defective item in your shipment, please don't hesitate to send us an email at hello@bulubox.com.

    How do I cancel my monthly membership?
    You can log into your account using our customer login and cancel at anytime. Once you've logged into your account just follow these steps:

    1. Click on "My Subscriptions" under Account. 
    2. Click on the orange "Details" button next to the subscription you would like to cancel. 
    3. Scroll down and click "Cancel this Subscription" button. 

    If you are having troubles canceling your monthly subscription just send an email to Hello@BuluBox.com.

    Can I pause my subscription?
    Moving? Taking a long vacation? You can pause a monthly Bulu Box subscription by logging into your account. Your account will remain paused until you choose to reactivate it.

    Can I cancel a 3 month, 6 month, or a 1 year subscription?
    The 3, 6 and 12 month subscriptions are billed up front and cannot be canceled or refunded. However, you can cancel a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription to prevent it from auto-reneweing after the 3, 6 or 12 month subscription period has concluded. You can do this anytime via your account page. 

    If I have a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription, what happens when I reach my last month?
    If you have a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription it will automatically renew at the end of the 3, 6 or 12 month period so that you'll never miss a box! We'll remind you via email when to expect the auto-renew.

    How does a 3 month, 6 month, or a 1 year gift work?
    We always encourage Bulugans to share the health, which is why we created gift options with a set time period (3 months, 6 months or 1 year). When purchasing a gift subscription, you'll be billed only once for the total amount of your gift when you sign up. You'll receive a Bulu Box once a month for the duration of your gift subscription along with a monthly invoice for $0.00. Once your subscription has expired, you will no longer receive Bulu Boxes or be billed.

    How does a month-to-month subscription work?
    Signing up for a month-to-month subscription means that you will be charged on the 5th of each month to receive a monthly box. You can cancel this subscription at anytime. You will receive a box each month until you cancel your subscription.

    How do I extend my 3, 6 or 12 month gift subscription?
    You can extend your subscription in your  Account Information page.

    1. Click on "My Subscriptions"
    2. Under the subscription you would like to extend click "Extend My Subscription" 

     

    Shipping

    Where does Bulu Box ship to?
    For now, we only ship to the United States. Boxes are mailed via United States Postal Service. 

    Do you ship to Canada?
    We would love to ship to Canada, but due to issues with customs and Bulugans not getting their boxes on time, we are sad to say that we cannot ship to Canada anymore.

    How much does shipping cost?
    Every Bulu Box or Bulu Box Weight Loss is shipped FREE! Woohoo!

    For Full Size product purchases, Bulu Box offers standard shipping FREE of charge on all full-size product orders $50.00 and over (excluding taxes). Shipping on orders less than $50.00 have a $2.99 delivery fee per item for delivery in the U.S. Shipping on orders less than $50.00 have a $6.99 delivery fee per item for delivery in Canada. Rewards points do not cover shipping fees on full size product orders. 

    How are full-size products shipped?
    Full-size products are shipped via standard delivery. Please note that items in the same order may ship separately. 

    When will I receive my first Bulu Box? And when can I expect each box after that?

    Will I be able to track my shipment?
    Currently we do not have a tracking process in place but we're working on implementing one soon! 

    How do I update my address in my active subscription?
    You can change your mailing address on our Account Information page

    Once you've logged in just follow these steps:

    1. Click on "My Subscriptions"
    2. Click on the orange "Edit Address" button on the subscription you want to change.
    3. Click on the orange "Shipping Address" button.
    4. Edit your address and click the "Save Address" button.

    2. Edit either your Shipping or Billing information. 

    How do I update my credit card payment information?

    Once you've logged in just follow these steps:

    1. Click on "Manage My Cards"
    2. Click the orange "Edit" button for the credit card you would like to edit.
    3. Edit your information and click "Submit"

    Samples

    Are the samples in my Bulu Box safe to take?
    Yes. We only work with brands and manufacturers that create products that are safe to use. However, the Food and Drug Administration does not evaluate the label claims for many samples or products. The samples are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult your doctor before taking any supplements. 

    I loved my product sample! Where can I purchase it in full-size?
    You can find your sample products on our web site! Shop now. 

    Can I choose which samples I get in my Bulu Box?
    Not at this time. The goal of Bulu Box is to help you discover a healthier YOU by giving you the opportunity to try vitamins and supplements you haven’t heard of or normally wouldn’t try. That said, our goal is to offer customized boxes in the future. 

    I’m an NCAA athlete. How do I know the supplements meet NCAA regulations?
    Check the NCAA banned substances list before taking any supplements. The NCAA has strict rules and regulations when it comes to supplements and it is your responsibility to check with your athletics staff prior to using any supplements.

    What allergen information do I need to know about Bulu Box?
    Bulu Box may include samples that contain nuts. Please refer to individual sample product pages and/or packaging for allergy information. If you would like to know about the products in your box prior to receiving it, just email Hello@BuluBox.com and we'll provide information on each sample. If you are unable to use a particular sample, we'll do our best to replace it with something you can!


    Sample Surveys

    Where can I find my Sample Surveys?
    All you have to do is log into your account, click on My Reward Points and you will see your Sample Surveys on the right hand side of your screen. You can also click on My Boxes, look under that month's box and click on Take Survey.

    How many days do I get to take my sample surveys each month?
    Sample Surveys become available on the 15th of every month, and they disappear on the 15th of the following month. So fill them out while you can! :)

    How many points do I receive for each Sample Survey?
    Each Sample Survey is worth 10 points. Depending on how many samples are in your box you can earn up to 60 Reward Points per month - that’s $6!

     

    Gift Cards and Coupon Codes

    How do I use a coupon code for a subscription?
    All you have to do is add the subscription type the coupon code is valid for to your cart. Enter your coupon code in the box that says "Coupon Code…" then click Apply Coupon. Your total will be calculated in the "Order Review" step of the checkout process below.

    How do I used a coupon code for a full-size product?
    Add the full-size product to your cart. Enter your coupon code in the box at the bottom of the screen marked “Discount Codes” and click Apply Code. Your discount amount will be applied and noted under the subtotal.

    How do I use a gift card on a subscription purchase?
    Gift Cards contain codes that are used just like coupon codes. You can find your gift card code on the back of your gift card, or in the email you received for your electronic gift card. Add the Bulu Box subscription of your choice to your cart. At checkout, enter your coupon code in the box that says "Coupon Code…" then click Apply Coupon. If you do not use the full amount of your gift card you will be able to use the remainder at a later date. 

    How do I use a gift card on a full-size purchase?
    On the back of your gift card, or in the email you received for your electronic gift card you will be given a code. You use this code just like a coupon code. Add the product you would like to purchase to your cart. Enter your coupon code in the box under “Discount Codes” and click Apply Code. The dollar amount of your gift card will be displayed below the subtotal. If you do not use the full amount of your gift card you will be able to use the remainder at a later date.

     

    Billing

    How much will I be billed every month?
    Bulu Box memberships are $10 per month and shipping is FREE. There are no contracts and you can cancel at anytime. Yearly memberships and gifts are a one-time payment for a set number of months. 

    Are there any hidden fees?
    No way. We’re not shady like that.  

    When will I be billed for my Bulu Box subscription?
    When you subscribe to a monthly recurring Bulu Box membership, you will be billed for your first box immediately. You will be billed on the 5th of each month after your first shipment as long as your membership is active. 


    Full Size Product Returns

    What is the Bulu Box return policy?
    We want you to be happy with your Bulu Box experience. If you want to return your full-size product and it is in good condition and unopened, you can return it for a full refund within 90 days of the purchase. Just contact us at Hello@BuluBox.com and we will provide you with instructions to return. Allow 7 to 14 business days for the return to be processed once it is received at Bulu Box. Do not send your product to the manufacturer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    What is the Bulu Box exchange policy?
    If you want to exchange your full-size product and it is in good condition and unopened, and it is within 90 days of the purchase. You can exchange it for other products on BuluBox.com. Just contact us at Hello@BuluBox.com and we will provide you with instructions on how to exchange. Do not send your product to the manufacturer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Can I return or exchange products if I’ve opened them up?
    If you ever want to return or exchange an item you’ve opened or used, we will be unable to provide a refund. However, we will almost always be able to offer credit or a replacement if it’s received within 90 days of the purchase date. If the product has been used or opened the responsibility of shipping shall remain with the customer. Just contact us at Hello@BuluBox.com and we will provide you with a instructions to return. Do not send your product to the manufacturer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Where does Bulu Box get its products?
    We partner with 3rd party entities and thousands of different brands to provide the best nutrition products and new discovery products to our customers. We work hard to ensure their facilities and manufacturing practices are GMP-certified by the NNFA, a premier GMP governing body. Some products featured on bulubox.com were created in conjunction with companies that specialize in the manufacturing of vitamin and supplements. These manufacturers are in full compliance with FDA rules and regulations. We work with these companies to develop customized formulas, flavors and products that customers are interested in. These products not only meets label specifications but is supported by stringent QC and QA controls. These products are packaged and sealed in a FDA compliant facility and shipped directly to customers when ordered. Every company we partner with for these products is located in the United States. Their facilities and manufacturing practices are GMP-certified by the NNFA, a premier GMP governing body. These manufacturers are in full compliance with FDA rules and regulations. These exclusive products not only meets label specifications but is supported by stringent QC and QA controls.


    Bulu Box Reward Points Program

    How do Bulu Box Reward Points work?
    Every 10 Reward Points is worth $1 towards a full-size product order. You can check your points any time by logging in to your account

    How do I earn Reward Points?
    There are many ways to earn Bulu Box Reward Points. Each month you'll have the chance to earn a minimum of 40 points. Here are some easy ways to earn points:

    • Earn 20 points for completing your User Profile.
    • Earn 50 points for each $10 Bulu Box in your month-to-month subscription. 
    • Earn 1 point for every dollar spent on full-size products. 
    • Earn 50 points for each friend you invite that signs up
    • Earn 10 points for each sample survey you complete. There's at least 4 each month!
    • Look for other ways to earn extra points on sale items or by sharing or tweeting on social media.

    Do I earn 10 points for each month I'm subscribed to Bulu Box?
    When you sign up for a month-to-month subscription you will earn 50 points for each $10 Bulu Box.  You can earn another 40 points or more by completing short sample surveys—that's about $10 back in points each month, making your Bulu Box essentially FREE.   

    When will I receive my Bulu Box Reward Points?
    Your Reward Points will be updated automatically after you complete an action (such as referring a friend that signs up or completing a survey). 

    How do I redeem my Reward Points?
    You can apply your Reward Points to any full-size product purchase. Just use the slider on the shopping cart page to select how many points you would like to use. Reward Points must be applied in increments of 50. Every 50 Reward Points is worth $5.00. 

    You cannot redeem points for more than the total amount of your purchase. Points are not redeemable for cash. Your points will expire 90 days after the date you earned them so spend them while you can! 

    Can I use my Bulu Box Reward Points for a monthly, yearly or gift subscription?
    Your reward points can only be applied to full-size products. 

    How many Reward Points do I earn for completing a sample survey?
    For each short sample survey you complete, you'll earn 10 points. Please note that to be eligible to receive Reward Points for sample surveys you must be a current Bulu Box subscriber and you must fill out the sample survey within 30 days of receipt of your samples.

    Do Reward Points expire? 
    Your Reward Points will expire 90 days after the date you earned them. Bulu Box has the sole authority to dissolve the program at any time, in which case any accumulated Reward Points, product rewards and discounts will no longer be active and entitlements to the program's existing members will cease to be available on and from that particular date. Bulu Box is not liable to inform the Rewards Program members of dissolution or closing the program in the event should such a situation arise. 


    Repeat Delivery

    What is Repeat Delivery?
    Never run out of your daily vitamins or favorite protein again! With our Repeat Delivery option you can have your favorite products delivered right to your door every 15, 30 or 60 days.

    How do I sign up for Repeat Delivery?

    1. Browse to the product page of the items you wish to add to Repeat Delivery.
    2. Click on the "Schedule Repeat Delivery" button.
    3. Enter your delivery frequency (15, 30 or 60 days). Enter the quantity of products you'd like added to Repeat Delivery.
    4. Click "Add to Cart" and proceed with your checkout.

    How are Repeat Delivery items billed?
    Repeat Delivery items are billed on the date the repeat delivery order is placed. This means you'll be billed the first time you make the order and each subsequent time the order is placed (every 15, 30 or 60 days based on your selection).

    How are Repeat Delivery items shipped?
    Repeat Delivery items are shipped from our warehouse or from our brand partners' facilities. Because of this, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Most items will ship within 5-7 days of your order. Please note that some products may ship in separate packages. 

    Can I put a sale priced item on Repeat Delivery?
    If your items are on sale at the time of your scheduled delivery, you'll automatically receive that price for each repeat delivery! Promo code discounts are not considered sale price and do not qualify for each repeat delivery price. Any Repeat Delivery order over $50 ships FREE and every order earns you 
    Rewards Points! 

    How do I cancel my Repeat Delivery service?
    If you ever want to cancel your Repeat Delivery products you can do so from your 
    Account Page.

    Once you've logged in follow these steps:

    1. Click on "Repeat Deliveries"
    2. Click on the blue "Edit" button in the item that you would like to cancel.
    3. At the bottom of the page click the blue "Cancel Subscription" button. 


    Can I change how frequently I receive my Repeat Delivery Items? 
    How do I change the address for my Repeat Delivery Item?
    If you ever want to change the address for your Repeat Delivery products you can do so from your Account Page.

    At this time you cannot change the frequency. If you would like to receive your Repeat Delivery Items at a different frequency you can cancel your Repeat Delivery and repurchase the product at a different frequency. You can also email Hello@BuluBox.com!
