Customer Support Manager

We’re looking for a fearless individual with a passion for first class customer service, top-notch communication skills, and positivity from here to Mars. If this describes you, Bulu may be your new home! We are seeking a Customer Support Manager to provide excellent customer service to customers of our Private Label Subscription Box Programs (including Bulu Box). Bulu perks?   • Positive attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service
  • Experience with customer service software (e.g., ZenDesk,, or similar)
  • A Confident communicator who excels at sharing solutions via email and phone
  • A service-minded individual who is positive and empathetic in high-pressure situations


  • Make someone's day better: Resolve customer questions and requests for Bulu Private Label Subscription Box program customers (including Bulu Box)
  • See the big picture: Bring creative, efficient and strategic solutions to the table for our Private Label Box programs. Then, execute those plans according to Bulu’s core values.
  • Be the first line of defense: You’ll be the first to know when customers love something (or don’t.) Beyond providing positive solutions to customers, you will interface with Account Directors to proactively put customers first, every time, for all of our programs and clients.
